Shatta Wale mocks Stonebwoy after 3Music Awards

- Shatta Wale has been adjudged the overall artiste of the year at the maiden edition of the 3Music Awards

- Other winners on the night are Fancy Gadam and Maccasio, minister Joe Mettle, Becca, One Corner man Patapaa, and late singer Ebony Reigns all pick up laurels for various feats

The rivalry between dancehall artistes Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy looks set to continue after the former again mocked his adversary.

Both artistes won big at the maiden edition of the 3Music Awards which was held at the Accra International Trade Fair Centre on Saturday, March 24, 2017.

Shatta Wale was adjudged the best Male Act of the Year following a fruitful year under review.

Stonebwoy, on the other hand, won the award for Best Reggae/Dancehall Artiste of the Year to the delight of his fans.

However, it appears both artistes will not be slowing down with their rivalry anytime soon if Shatta Wale’s latest post is anything to go by.

The Shatta Movement boss took to Facebook to mock his record-mate by rhetorically asking “who is the boss?”

“Who is the boss now? Overall artiste of the year. Thank you 3Music Awards… Nana Appiah Mensah, this is for you,” Shatta Wale wrote.

His comments sparked heated debate among his fans and that of the Bhim Nation family on his Facebook page.

Some fans condemned Shatta Wale, insisting Stonebwoy is the king of dancehall in Ghana.

Fans of the 'Ayoo' hitmaker also hit back by supporting their artiste throughout the exchanges.
