Ghanaian pastor performs Shatta Wale's 'Taking Over' in church
YEN.com.gh has sighted a video by one of Ghana’s self-acclaimed pastors, Rev. Obofuor, performing and jamming to Shatta Wale’s ‘Taking Over’ in church.
Rev. Obofuor is said to be the founder and leader of Anointed Palace Chapel, and he is captured singing and dancing to Shatta Wale’s song.
Interestingly, his church members joined in the singing and dancing, and from the video, they were having a good time.

Before he went ahead to perform the song, Rev. Oborfuor asked his church members to lay their hands on their own heads, and they did.
His action has triggered a lot of reactions from social media.

For this user, he believes must wait because there would be trouble for such men of God if heaven should come now.
This user just does not understand why the church members should put their hands on their heads while the pastor sings.

'Taking Over' is one of Shatta Wale's many songs which he sang last year in collaboration with his Shatta Militants.
It is a highly secular music, and so for a so-called man of God to perform such a song in a church would definitely be shocking to some people.
