Shatta Wale is better than Stonebwoy – Alkaline

- Jamaican dancehall musician, Alkaline, has claimed that Shatta Wale is a better dancehall musician, compared to Stonebwoy

- He added that Stonebwoy is a great musician but he cannot compare himself to Shatta Wale

Popular Jamaican dancehall musician, Alkaline, has stated that Stonebwoy cannot compare himself to Shatta Wale.

According to a report by Ghanacelebrities.com, Alkaline revealed that Shatta Wale is without doubt, the greatest African dancehall musician.

He added that Stonebwoy is good is his own right, but Shatta Wale is on another level altogether.

“Shatta Wale is the biggest artist of all time in Africa and there is no doubt about that.

We all know Stonebwoy is one of the biggest artists in Africa’s music industry right now, but one thing I would like to say is that nobody should compare him to the big man Shatta Wale.”, he said.

He went on to say that to compare Stonebwoy to Shatta Wale is akin to comparing a Ghanaian football club to Spanish club, Barcelona.

Ghanaian dancehall musicians, Stonebwoy and Shatta Wale are two of the most celebrated music artistes in the country.

Each of them commands a huge following in Ghana, asuch comparisons often end up in debates among a cross-section of Ghanaians.
