Ghanacelebrities.com reports that employees of the Despite Group of Companies have reacted to allegations of occultism leveled against the founder, Osei Kwame Despite.
In an audio that has since gone viral, the workers are heard wildly reacting to the assertions.
According to them, it is outrageous to presume that the businessman will stoop so low simply to acquire wealth.
They went ahead to say that it is for this reason that some Ghanaians are hesitant to lend their support in sensitive areas of national development.
They added that some Ghanaians such as Nana Appiah Mensah, the CEO of Zylofon Media, and Ibrahim Mahama, CEO of Engineers and Planners Limited can easily secure ambulances for the health sector.
This, they went on, may not happen, as the reactions from Ghanaians may eventually raise questions about the source of wealth.
Their comments were in reaction to allegations by a man of God, Evangelist Addai Emmanuel, who claimed that the numerous blood donation exercises organized by the Despite Group of Companies are for a spiritual purpose.
In their opinion, the evangelist is not in the right frame of mind, and should therefore be ignored.
They explained that such exercises are usually held by the company of behalf of blood banks.
