Video of woman kneeling in public to thank and pray for her husband goes viral

A married woman has taken social media by storm after a video of her humbly appreciating her husband in public surfaced online.

In the video, the well-dressed middle-aged woman was seen kneeling down at a 50th birthday party for her.

Speaking in English and a language believed to be Yoruba, the Nigerian woman could be heard thanking the husband for being there for and coping with her even with all her flaws. The woman went on to pray for God's blessings for the loving husband.

"You are one in a million. Majority doesn't know my husband and they wonder how does she do it? I did my forty. If not for you, I can not do it. I am here again celebrating my fifty years.

"You've always made me proud. Whatever makes me happy makes you happy. Even my family, he takes them like his own blood. What more can I ask for?

"Upon all this money he's spent, even a surprise holiday. You've put a smile on this my face. I am proud of you and may God bless you," the woman said as she shed tears.

Interestingly, the husband had attempted to get the woman on her feet as she started her praise singing but the determined wife resisted him and continued.

Overwhelmed by the wife's praises, the husband was left in tears and had to be consoled by his friends around.

@adnilyie had a word for ladies of today:"A lot of the young ladies don't realize that he mentioned clocking 50yrs, when you attain such age in marriage you would have spent a min of 15 -20yrs in marriage. My point is, love takes time to build. Most of the ladies on IG who admire this video don't have patience to build."
