Steel Pulse, the Grammy award-winning Reggae band from England, will be visiting Ghana in March 2020, YEN.com.gh has learnt.

Steel Pulse, YEN.com.gh understands, will be headlining a concert at the Grand Arena of the Accra International Conference Centre.

According to event organisers, Charter House Ghana, the concert will come off during the weekend of Ghana's upcoming Independence anniversary celebrations.

This years edition of the annual Independence anniversary which is celebrated on March 6 will fall on a Friday and will thus be a long weekend making paving way for the concert.

Already tickets for the concert have gone on sale on the internet (visit www.ticketpro.com / call or WhatsApp 0501288520 for reservations).

For those who do not know, Steel Pulse is widely credited as the first non-Jamaican act to win the Grammy Award for Best Reggae Album. The won the Grammy for their 1986 album Babylon The Bandit.

Formed in 1975, the band hails from the Handsworth area in Birmingham, one of the biggest cities in England.
