One of the ladies in the videos from a supposed wedding between two lesbians which happened in Ghana has reportedly been identified.

According to a report YEN.com.gh sighted on social media, the lady who was supposed to be the groom at the wedding is a soldier.

Videos popped up on social media showing two Ghanaian ladies have tied the knot in a private wedding ceremony somewhere in Ghana.

In videos from the supposed wedding ceremony which was sighted by YEN.com.gh, the two ladies were seen in the midst of others at what looks likes a reception for them.

The first of the videos shows one of the ladies dressed in a burgundy and white gown with a crown and a fan for brides. Her partner who is taller than the bride was dressed in a kaftan made from the same colour.

The second video has the couple dressed in white outfits while dancing in the same as in the first video amid cheers from those around.

The video stirred loads of reactions with many asking about the couple's identities.

GhanaCelebrities.com reports that the groom (the taller one) is a member of the armed forces who already facing a court-martial over the videos.

According to the report, the lady was detained over the supposed wedding but she denied the reports of the videos being from a wedding.

Her denial has led the military to launch an investigation into how the other lady got to wear a military uniform as seen in what looks like a pre-wedding photo.

Another report YEN.com.gh sighted on GHlinks.com indicates that the lady in question is said to be known as Staff Sergeant Vida Owusu.

A photo of the couple sighted by YEN.com.gh shows the lady in military uniform with the name tag "OWUSU" on her chest.
