Reuben Ahorklo: 21-year-old becomes youngest graduating chartered accountant in Ghana

- A 21-year-old Ghanaian gentleman named Reuben Ahorklo has graduated from the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana

- Reuben, who also studied Economics and Statistics at UG, becomes the youngest graduating accountant

- He is currently a Research and Teaching Assistant at the University of Ghana

Reuben Ahorklo, a young Ghanaian gentleman has become the youngest graduating chartered accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana for 2020.

In a one-on-one chat with YEN.com.gh's Edward Asare, it is indicated that the young man is also a graduate of Ghana's premier university, the University of Ghana.

He is a first-class Economics and Statistics graduate from UG and has doubled as the youngest Chartered Accountant at 21 years of age.

Reuben, a proud old boy of Bishop Herman College is currently a Research and Teaching Assistant at the University of Ghana.

Although Reuben is the youngest graduating chartered accountant this year, a 20-year-old Ghanaian identified as Solomon Etornam Asuhene is being touted as the youngest Ghanaian to have been certified by the Institute of Chartered Accountants, in Ghana.

Solomon was born in the year 2000 and was able to graduate from ICA in 2019.

Meanwhile, Selasi Seth Ahadzie, a young Ghanaian man who is only 22 years of age, has graduated from the Institute of Chartered accountants, undoubtedly making him one of the youngest accountants in Ghana with the feat.

The young man recounted his journey in a post sighted by YEN.com.gh on his LinkedIn handle where he indicated that he graduated from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ghana on 27 June 2020.

According to Selasi, he grew up always wanting to be a chartered accountant even though he did not truly understand what it meant to be one back then.
