A photo of the victim of the 'Kasoa sakawa boys' murder case has popped up on social media for the first time.

The photo shows the 10-year-old boy who is known as Ishmael looking hale and hearty in front of the camera.

In the photo sighted by YEN.com.gh, the boy was seen dressed in an ash-coloured kaftan as he stood beside an elderly woman who wore a hijab.

The woman, seated on a chair beside Ishmael, had her right hand on the chest of the boy who gave off a little smile.
