I’m Grateful: Lady Gets a Job As Data Scientist With LinkedIn, Shares New Work Photo
- A Nigerian lady, Funmilayo Ibiteye, was massively celebrated online after she revealed she is now working as a LindkedIn's data scientist
- Funmilayo said that getting the new role was a big one for her as she had always used the organisation's platform
- To celebrate the feat, the lady posted a picture of a new workspace that has the logo of the company on almost all visible items
A young Nigerian lady, Funmilayo Ibiteye, has taken to LinkedIn to celebrate getting a new job as a data scientist.
Sharing her story, the young lady said LinkedIn has always been a platform she got most of her jobs from.
From a LinkedIn user to an employee
Funmilayo added that she is super proud to finally be a part of an organisation that has contributed so much to her career over the years.
A part of her post read:
“They have impacted me personally as a user and now, I get to work on projects that would impact other members.”
The lady added that she is very grateful for an opportunity to work with such a great company as she looks forward to a future filled with greatness.
A photo she shared has almost everything in her workspace branded with the company logo. As at the time of writing this report, her post has over 2,000 comments.

Living life in Canada
Meanwhile, YEN.com.gh earlier reported that a Nigerian lady, Stephanie Olufunlola Garrick, celebrated her big job as a human resource coordinator at Samsung Electronics in Canada.
In a post on Monday, January 4, the lady made a video marking her first-day resumption in the office.
Olufunlola said she is looking forward to bringing her knowledge to the new job. She added that she is delighted by the new things she would be learning in the new position.
