Fast-rising Ghanaian entertainment television network, ShoBiz TV, has held its maiden Easter event.

Dubbed the Shobiz TV Easter Kids' Party, the event was organised in collaboration with Kamba Media Foundation.

It was held on Saturday, April 8 2023, at the premises of Shobiz TV at Nungua-Addogonnor in Accra.

The party saw many activities, including performances by some music artistes. Among the known faces was former SM Militant Joint 77.

Joint 77, who started his solo career a few weeks after bitterly falling out with Shatta Wale, thrilled the children at the party by dishing out some of his songs.

But the venue became charged when the DJ dropped, Taking Over, one of the hit songs Joint 77 and other SM Militants did with Shatta Wale.

Kids quiz and dance at Shobiz Easter Party

Apart from being entertained by performers like Joint 77, the children at the party engaged in quiz and dance competitions.

Winners of the various competitions were rewarded with handsome prizes, while all the other party-goers got more than enough to eat and drink.

Speaking to YEN.com.gh after the party, Shobiz TV's manager indicated that the party was the station's way of spreading love within its community.

"This event was aimed at spreading love and joy to less privileged children within the environs of Nungua -Addogonnor, and also to proclaim the Network's presence in the community," he said.

He used the opportunity to thank Indomie, Verna Water, Kalyppo Juice, Bigoo Drink, Sound Masters, Twist Cup Cake, Niche Chocolate Drink, Hustle Hard Music and Opinion Radio & TV for sponsoring and supporting Shobiz TV's initiative.

Meanwhile, Ghanaian businessman and godfather Why Fynn married his pretty fiance Nadia Adongo Musah in a plush wedding on Good Friday.

Videos which surfaced online showed the groom riding in a convoy of expensive cars while the bride descended from a Rolls Royce.
