Ghanaian TikToker Akosua Allegation stirred drama on social media after she blasted Daddy Lumba’s sister, Faustina Fosu, for allegedly snubbing his second wife at his one-week observance.

Legendary Ghanaian musician Charles Kwadwo Fosu, popularly known as Daddy Lumba, passed away on July 26, 2025, at the age of 60.

He fell ill at his home and was rushed to the Bank Hospital in Cantonments, but succumbed to his ailment.

His family confirmed his death in a statement released in July, which paid tribute to his life and legacy as one of Ghana's greatest musicians.

"Daddy Lumba was more than a musician; he was a cultural icon whose music touched countless lives. His soulful voice provided the soundtrack to our love stories, and his poignant lyrics captured the poetry of our struggles, dreams, and resilience," the statement said.

On Saturday, August 30, 2025, Daddy Lumba’s family held his one-week observance at the Black Star Square in Accra.

Daddy Lumba’s sister reportedly snubs Odo Broni

Drama took centre stage during Daddy Lumba’s one-week observance as his younger sister, Faustina Fosu, was accused of snubbing his second wife, Priscilla Ofori-Atta, popularly known as Odo Broni, at the event.

In a viral video, Faustina Fosu was greeting dignitaries and family members at the program, and approached Odo Broni and her mother. She appeared to snub them both as she passed by without greeting or acknowledging them.

The video sparked heated online debates, as some people claimed Daddy Lumba’s sister only acted the way she did because she had received unwelcome ‘vibes’ from Odo Broni and her mother.

TikToker blasts Faustina Fosu over Odo Broni

Following the incident, TikToker Akosua Allegation jumped to Odo Broni’s defence in a viral video.

She slammed Faustina Fosu, accusing her of showing constant hostility towards her sister-in-law.

Previously, YEN.com.gh reported that Odo Broni's twin brother consoled her as she wept bitterly during her late husband's one-week observance.

Prince Ofori Atta, the sibling of Daddy Lumba’s second wife, made a rare appearance at the commemorative event to show her his support.

He received plaudits online for standing strong by Odo Broni during her time of mourning despite battling his own grief and personal situations.
