Bisa Kdei Reportedly Involved in a Near-Fatal Accident, Escapes Unhurt

Award-winning Ghanaian musician Ronald Kwaku Dei Appiah, popularly known as Bisa Kdei, has reportedly been involved in a ghastly car accident.

The Mansa hitmaker took to his Snapchat page to share a video of his black SUV severely mangled after the unfortunate incident.
In the caption of his post, Bisa Kdei called for thanksgiving after reportedly escaping the unfortunate incident.
He wrote:
“Always give thanks. You never know.”
The exact location and circumstances leading to the Ghanaian singer' accident are still unknown. The musician also failed to share any further information.
According to reports, sources close to Bisa Kdei confirmed that he was safe and had escaped the crash without suffering any significant injuries. He is currently recovering from the unfortunate incident.
Yaw Boadu-Ayeboafoh speaks on Bisa Kdei's accident
Speaking to YEN.com.gh, entertainment analyst Yaw Boadu-Ayeboafoh shared his thoughts on Bisa Kdei's accident and how the industry can be more involved in providing resources for their well-being after such traumatic experiences.
He said:
"This isn't tied solely to industry but to the state of the nation. Our emergency response as a country is very poor, and it needs to be fixed. As for recovery, I believe therapy helps, and if he is a member of MUSIGA, the association can reach out through its welfare office to support Bisa Kdei."

Bisa Kdei's car accident in 2015
Bisa Kdei's reported accident comes ten years after he crashed his two vehicles while returning to Accra from Akuapem Mampong.
The veteran highlife singer had performed at a surprise birthday party organised for a Green FM presenter and was on his way home when the unfortunate incident happened after the toll booth at the Aburi Girls Senior High School.
Bisa Kdei's Black Legendary Music crew members, including his personal assistant, DJ, Security, publicist and Sista Afia, were also involved in the accident.
According to reports, the accident happened when the Toyota Corolla crashed into the Jaguar as the musician stopped for cattle to cross the highway.
The Brother Brother hitmaker was driving his bodyguard, Sister Afia and her cousin in the Jaguar to Accra when the unfortunate happened.
None of the seven people on the trip, including Bisa Kdei, from Mampong to Accra, sustained any injuries.
Darkovibes involved in an accident
Recall that on Monday, July 28, 2025, news emerged that La Meme Gang member Darkovibes was involved in an accident.

The rapper shared a video of his black Honda Civic, badly damaged on social media after the incident.
Darkovibes and content creator MadeinGhana, who was also in the vehicle, escaped the severe accident without any significant injuries.
The two famous personalities later shared photos of the car, badly damaged and thanked God for surviving the accident.
Kwame Borga involved in an accident
In another story reported by YEN.com.gh, Kwame Borga was involved in a car accident on June 16, 2025, with footage of his Toyota vehicle heavily damaged going viral on social media.
The unfortunate incident occurred when the Kumawood actor was driving his car to meet the Ashanti Regional Minister, Dr Frank Amoakohene, at his office in Kumasi.
Many of Kwame Borga's fans thronged social media to share positive messages to him as he recovered from the car accident.
