Joana Cudjoe views this program as a vital part of her overall strategy to combat unemployment and empower the youth of Amenfi Central.

Furthermore, she has launched the Schools Under Trees Project, an ambitious initiative aimed at replacing makeshift classrooms found in various communities with modern educational facilities.

Through her advocacy efforts, she has partnered with a cooperative non-governmental organisation (NGO) to ensure sustainable and quality education for children who currently study in inadequate conditions, such as under trees or in temporary structures.

“This project seeks to involve local communities in both planning and implementation to ensure sustainability and local ownership,” she explained during an interview.

To facilitate the successful execution of the initiative, affected communities will need to provide detailed information for registration and qualification under the program.

“This initiative represents a collective step forward in ensuring that every child in Amenfi Central has access to a quality education in a conducive learning environment,” she affirmed.
