Ghanaian musician Sarkodie made history in the Ashanti Region of Ghana with his sold-out concert on September 27, 2025.

Michael Owusu Addo, a great fan of the late legendary Ghanaian musician Charles Kwadwo Fosu, popularly called Daddy Lumba, paid a touching tribute to him at the event.

Sarkodie paid tribute to the late Daddy Lumba

In an emotional Instagram post, rapper Sarkodie performed some of the late iconic musician Daddy Lumba's hit songs at his concert.

The fans sang the lyrics of the late Daddy Lumba's popular funeral song, Makra Mo word for word in a trending video.

As expected, Sarkodie arrived at the venue in grand style after a performance from some fast-rising Kumasi stars.

Sarkodie performs with Obrafour at Rapperholic

This was a surreal moment as rapper Sarkodie performed with one of the greatest Ghanaian rappers of all time, Obrafour.

Michael Elliot Kwabena Okyere Darko stole the spotlight with his steeze and composure as he delivered a powerful performance.

The musician duo wowed the audience with their coordinated looks and soothing voices in the trending video.

According to a report by YEN.com.gh, Obrafour started his professional music career in 1999 with the release of his debut album, Pae Mu Ka. This pivotal album helped establish him as a significant figure in the Ghanaian hiplife music scene.
