A Nigerian lady documenting the little changes in her home on TikTok made a video of the apartment with tiles all over its kitchen walls.

The lady with the TikTok handle @zarris.home said she does not understand why Lagos landlords love having the same colour of tiles in their apartments.

Kitchen upgrades with new cabinets

Before moving in, the kitchen sink was broken. She said the cabinets had cockroaches and rust. She called the landlord to come and carry the old things out.

The lady had to employ carpenters to make new cabinets. After everything was fitted, the kitchen looked different in the video she posted.

According to her, she informed her landlord that she would be taking everything she had spent money on to make the apartment beautiful when leaving.

Meanwhile, YEN.com.gh earlier reported that a young Nigerian lady who rented a lovely apartment gave people a tour of the house, revealing how she got her curtains.

The lady (@victoire_mahounou) surprised people when she said she spent N133k on curtains. She jokingly wondered why she did not go for the cheap one.

In other news, another Nigerian lady shared a video of her rented house and decided to do a thorough renovation.

Seeing that the tiles in the kitchen did not suit her taste, she had everything removed, and new ones were fixed.
