Beautiful Woman Puzzled as Man Who Asked Her Out for Date Rejects Her for Being a Cleaner
- Joyce Gichinga was happy when a handsome man asked her on a date so that they could get to know each other
- Gichinga is the owner of Washers Inn, a company that offers cleaning services for people around Nairobi
- When he arrived for the date, they didn't stay together for long as he was disappointed that works as a cleaner and rejected her
A woman identified as Joyce Gichinga has narrated how a man left her on a date after learning that she works as a cleaner.
Gichinga started her cleaning company in 2022
In an interview, Gichinga shared that she started her cleaning company in late 2022 and her business name is Washers Inn.
"I am mainly known for advocating for mama fua and I also offer day bugs under this package. I also do oven cleaning services where I am the first pioneer of this package in Nairobi and maybe countrywide," she revealed.

This year, Gichinga promised herself that she would go on as many dates as possible because she is actively looking to be in a relationship.
"I went on a date with this guy, and he knew the nature of my job only for him to be clear he wouldn't date a cleaner," she said.
"I didn't take offence since men also are allowed to have a preference but the audacity of inviting me out when he knew my job got me thinking. I made a decision to not retain him even as a friend because being a friend means believing in me," she added.
Gichinga insists that cleaning pays
The incident was a blow to Gichinga because she runs a campaign telling people that cleaning is work and it pays bills; I am also an advocate for mama fuas.
"I didn't feel bad about the nature of my job because I am bringing up my daughter single-handedly and that is my only source of income, plus I get to also give some people jobs. I was like, you don't know what you are talking about," she said.
Although things didn't work out between the two, Gichinga has not given up on getting a good person to love.
"I want a man who gets things done and understands masculine roles in a relationship. One who can support a partner's vision because some of us our visions are too big, and some men can be intimidated," she said.
"I want one who has a soft spot for God, is an extrovert too and operates in his full masculine energy," she added.
