Young Airport Staff Share Daily Duties, Give Insight On Passenger Service

Two young people who worked at the airport shared their day-to-day activities in a TikTok video that quickly went viral.

In the video, the staff explained that they often helped passengers by showing them where to go and giving tips on how to keep their luggage safe.

James Ochiji, an airport staff and expert for many years, shared his first impression of the airport when he started working there:

“My first impression is that everyone working in the airport must be rich and I must be made for being opportune. The mentality changed when I was fully acclimatized. I discovered one needs to strive further on the job so you can be relevant and thrive.”
