"I have been having some issues with my girlfriend for some time now because there was a day I confronted her for she has been posting another man on social media (Instagram and TikTok) saying he is her childhood friend. For me, doing so, hurt me. She said I don't trust her anymore, and she has called it quits. What should I do to make this right since she doesn't even reply to my messages and calls."

While responding to the frustrated man, relationship coach Jane Murimi Mugo advised him to ask his woman out and tell her how he feels about her entertaining another man.

"I would advise the guy to organise for a date with his woman. Let him share with her his worries and apologise if he was too suspicious. Maybe he is paranoid. The guy should seek assurance from the lady that no strings attached between her and her friend," she advised.

Communication is key

Murimi who is also a published author said the lady could be communicating something, and the man was slow to understand.
