Hansi Flick speaks on his tactics and style of play

Speaking during the ceremony, which featured a flurry of media personnel and club officials, the 59-year-old manager touched on the ideal style of play he looks to implement with the current crop of players.

As reported by Barca Universal, Flick shared:

"My vision for the game aligns closely with Barça’s traditional style. I want us to control the ball and dictate the tempo, whether we use a 4-3-3 or a 4-2-3-1 formation. We will adapt as needed. Our goal is to play attacking football and ensure the fans enjoy the spectacle."

Flick, who spent a significant portion of his coaching career at Bayern Munich, achieved remarkable success with the Bavarian club.

According to data from Fotmob, Flick recorded an impressive 85% win rate during his tenure at Bayern, alongside winning multiple titles, including two German Bundesliga titles and the 2020 UEFA Champions League.
