Analysing Antoine Semenyo's red-hot form
Data culled from Transfermarkt indicates that he has contributed four goals and two assists in his first six league appearances, meaning he has directly influenced 75 per cent of Bournemouth’s strikes this campaign.
Semenyo has become the heartbeat of Andoni Iraola’s side, not only delivering numbers but also playing with intensity and determination.
His pace, power, and close control allow him to beat defenders with ease, while his defensive work rate and pressing make him invaluable in both phases of the game.

Big European clubs circle around Semenyo
Interest in Semenyo is not new. Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur both explored a move in the summer before he decided to extend his stay at the Vitality Stadium.
Crucially, sources indicate his new contract does not include a release clause, raising the prospect of a transfer battle in the summer if Bournemouth are forced to cash in.
Watch highlights of Semenyo's skills and goals:
According to TBR Football, Manchester City and Aston Villa have also sent scouts to monitor him in recent weeks. Their chief correspondent, Graeme Bailey, explained:
“Antoine Semenyo is one of the Premier League’s form players. He had Man United and Tottenham showing interest in the summer and now some of Europe’s top clubs are looking.
"As it stands, Bournemouth are intent on making progress this summer and that means no sales. They have lost the likes of Huijsen, Kerkez and Zabarnyi in recent months, and they are insistent Semenyo won’t be following them through the exit doors in January.”
Beyond England, Bayern Munich and RB Leipzig are said to be closely monitoring the Ghanaian international, while Atletico Madrid have also joined the growing list of admirers.
For now, Bournemouth remain determined to keep hold of their star forward, but if his form continues, holding off Europe’s elite may prove an uphill task.
Watch Semenyo's first-ever goal for Ghana:
Away from club football, Semenyo would look forward to transferring his club form to national team action when Ghana wraps up qualification for the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
Four points from the country's final two fixtures will seal a spot in next year's competition, and Semenyo is expected to play an active role in that quest.
