Early Life

Erica Armah Bra-Bulu Tandoh (DJ Switch) was born on December 12, 2007, in Suaman Dadieso, in the Western Region of Ghana. She displayed a keen interest in music and entertainment at a younger age. The DJ attended Talented Royals International School at Weija in Accra and she is currently attending Chaminade College Preparatory based in California, America.

Her mother is Lilian Oduro Mensah, while her father, Eric Theophilus Tandoh. She is the second born in a family of five children.

Career

DJ Switch is a multi-talented kid who can sing, rap, dance and host TV shows. She also desires to become a gynaecologist when she grows up. The DJ debuted in 2017 after participating in the popular Talented Kids TV talent competition. Her electrifying performances and remarkable DJing skills astounded the judges and the audience, earning her widespread acclaim.

Her infectious energy and undeniable talent led to invitations to perform at various events and gatherings worldwide. From major music festivals to corporate functions, she showcased her skills as a DJ and entertainer, leaving a lasting impression on everyone who witnessed her performances.

She performed at the World Bank Africa Society Symposium in June 2019 at the World Bank office in Washington. In addition, she performed at the 32nd Ordinary Session of the AU Assembly of Heads of State and Government in February 2019.

The Ghanaian singer has released several songs, including Success (2019), Pardonnez (2019), Deceiver (2018), and Oluwa (2020). She is also a philanthropist who supports various organisations. For instance, she donated 50 desks, four sets of tables and chairs to A.M.E Zion Junior High School in October 2019.
