In the video that was sighted by YEN.com.gh on Instagram page, Dailycelebritiesnewsdotcom, the actress seemed to have received a surprise visit from fellow actress, Salma Munin and another lady.
The surprise visit comprised of some cameramen who stormed the premises of Moesha to surprise her. Salma Munin was seen pouring some water on Moesha as they all laughed and entered the house of the actress.
However, what surprised many people watching the video is that the actress, who is noted for her unique body features was seen looking ‘smaller’ than usual.
It can also not be ascertained whether the video was taken before or after her ‘controversial’ interview with Cable News Network’s Christiane Amanpour which saw her being grilled on social media.
During her interview with Moesha is noted as saying, “Ghana, our economy is such that you just need someone to take care of you because you can't make enough money as a woman here. When you want to get an apartment, in Ghana you pay two years in advance and I just started working, where will I get the money,".
The comments attracted widespread backlash from many Ghanaians from all walks of life including Pastor Mensa Otabil, veteran actress, Grace Omaboe, Afia Schwarzenegger and Vicky Zugah.
In the face of all the criticism, some people jumped to the defense of the actress and indicated that what she said was not far from the truth.
She later came out to apologize to all Ghanaians for her comments which infuriated many people.
