Imani Ayew, the daughter of Ghana football legend, Abedi Ayew 'Pele', is the least popular personality in a family of football greats.
Her father, Abedi Ayew Pele, was a three-time African Footballer of the Year award winner and a champions league winner with Olympique Marseille footballer club. The former Black Stars captain is considered by many to be the greatest Ghanaian to ever play the game. He is also one of the greatest African football exports ever.
Imani's uncle, Kwame Ayew, was a former striker for the Black Stars.
Her older brothers, Andre and Jordan Ayew, are also current football stars, who ply their trade with Swansea in England.
Yet another brother of hers, Rahim Ayew, played for the Black Stars several times.
In essence, five members of the Ayew family have, at different points, played for the Black Stars. This is a record in the history of the country.
