Photos of Samira Bawumia without makeup pop up

YEN.com.gh has sighted a 'no makeup' photo of the second lady, Samira Bawumia, which is causing a stir on social media.

In the photo, Samira is seen standing with her husband, Vice President Dr Mahamudu Bawumia and the President of Cote d'Ivoire, Alassane Ouattara.

The three in long white apparels with Samira wearing a hijab to cover her head.

The photo which is believed to have been taken in Mecca where the three people are currently partaking in the Hajj pilgrimage has been trending online just like all Samira photos do.

However, it has not gained the usual praise as this photo is quite unlike any other from the second lady. This time, she looks quite different from her regular photos.

There have mixed reactions since the photo surfaced on the internet.

For many social media users, the difference between the second lady's regular photos and the 'no make-up' photo was just unbelievable.

But there were a good number of other social media users who saw nothing wrong with the picture.

Meanwhile, YEN.com.gh has also sighted another photo Samira and Dr Bawumia in which she is looking very good.

While no one can discount the fact that wearing a very good make-up adds to the beauty of a lady, there are other factors which makes a photo not so pleasing to the eye. The quality of the camera and the lighting at the location are all factors to consider.

Looking at the no make-up photo, it is obvious that the picture quality is low but you know Ghana, those who do not like will always find means to mock you.

And Samira is one person who does lack haters as she has often come up for praise.

The 38-year-old's sense of fashion, especially, has often come up for discussion since became the second lady and she has become a reference point for conversations on beauty and style.

Apart from being stylish, Samira is a brainy woman with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from GIMPA where she graduated as the overall best student in 2016.
