Dr. Kwaku Oteng opens up on the 'sale' Angel FM

The Management of Angel Broadcasting Network (ABN) Ghana has vehemently rubbished reports that they intend to sell their Tamale-based Angel Fm to Ultimate Multimedia operators of Kesmi FM and Amana Radio all in Tamale.

In a press release sighted by YEN.com.gh, the company indicated that they have only reached an agreement with Ultimate Multimedia to hire the services of some staff of the said company.

The letter also entreat all company’s staff, clients and other stakeholders of not to be bothered by the said publication.

It could be recalled that a staff of Ultimate Multimedia, Kwaku Oduro, dropped details of the transaction on his Facebook page and confirmed same on Radio Tamale saying:

All is set for a takeover, our CEO has gone to Kumasi to sign the final documents and after which we hit the airwaves. But the truth is that, I have not seen the MOU but all is positive.”

However, the management of ABN Ghana has denied the claim insisting per the agreement reached there is nothing like take over or sale.

In other news, two slay queens have been crashed to death few hours after leaving the club.

Prior to their death, these slay queens posted video of themselves partying at a club.
