Gifty Osei finally opens up on the cold treatment she faced in her former marriage (Video)
Gospel musician Gifty Osei, who now goes by the stage name Empress Gifty, has opened up on the challenges she faced with her former marriage prior to its collapse in 2017.
In a video sighted by YEN.com.gh, Gifty said her former husband, Pastor Osei, had tarnished her reputation to the church members and so she lost respect in their eyes.
According to her, anytime she entered the church auditorium, people became quiet with all eyes fixed on her like a stranger.

She was speaking at her traditional marriage to NPP executive Hopeson Adorye, whom she said earlier had given her hope in life.
While still with Pastor Osei, Gifty said she received a prophecy that her marriage to the pastor would not work simply because he is a man of God.
Speaking in the Akan language, Gifty said that prophecy was made to her by controversial Counsellor Lutterodt.
The counselor, Gifty claimed, also advised her not to marry a man of God the next time in order not to make the mistake she made in her former marriage.

During her speech, one could clearly see the passion with which Gifty spoke while she was dressed like a queen.
When the gathering applauded her as she spoke, Gifty, sensing support from the people, said “leave me to talk for I am tired”.
She added also that contrary to the opinions others have about her, she did not snatch anyone’s husband, but rather landed her own husband in the person of Hopeson.
This very comment may follow rumours which went viral that she was seeing Hopeson Adorye even when his wife was alive.

In other news, rapper Sarkodie has revealed that he had to join a long queue in waiting to date his wife Tracy.
He explained that she was his first crush but by then she already had a boyfriend so he waited patiently and prayed that Tracy would break up with the guy so he Sarkodie could have her.
The couple have married after reportedly dating for about thirteen years.
