Owusu Bempah claims NPP is doomed if Kennedy Agyapong quits the party

The founder and leader of the Glorious Word and Power Ministry International, Isaac Owusu Bempah, has warned of dire implications for the New Patriotic Party (NPP), if Member of Parliament (MP) for Assin Central, Kennedy Agyapong, quits the party.

Speaking on Net2 Television on Tuesday, March 19, 2019, he explained that about three or four people of Agyapong’s calibre are needed to replace him, if he chooses to quit.

According to a report by Mynewsgh.com, he added that Agyapong has contributed to the success of the party and the party stands to lose if he (Agyapong) walks away.

Owusu Bempah however added that the MP is unhappy with latest developments in the party, an issue that must be handled delicately.

He added that he received a call from his mother, Auntie Pokua, with regard to Agyapong’s decision. The pastor was however informed by national organizer of the party, Sammy Awuku that what he was hearing was not the case.
