The incident happened during an interview the seven-year-old had with Zionfelix on his Uncut show sighted by YEN.com.gh.

Nakeeyat, alongside her mother, had been interviewed for many minutes and she was later seen chatting with one man around.

After the interviewer finished with Nakeeyat's mother, he approached the little girl for her last comments.

While approaching the microphone of the interviewer, Nakeeyat stumbled and nearly fell. It was at this point that the plaque which was on a chair in front of her fell and broke.

Blaming herself for the incident, Nakeeyat became moody and broke down in tears. Not even the assurances from her mother and those around could stop her from crying.
