All efforts, including the use of traditional medicine to get him healed, failed and he therefore remained a cripple till date.
Per a citinewsroom.com report, Eduful’s mother lost her life two years after the accident, when she gave birth to his sister.
His aunt took care of him as well as his sister, but it was not all rosy, as she also had children of her own and there was a constant fight for survival.
The challenges however did little to crush his dream to become a football coach and in the year 2007, Eduful set up a colts team at the Tafo area in Kumasi.
His team often bend the rules of the game to accommodate him as he uses more of his hands than legs when on the field.
On each day he has to meet with his team to train, Eduful navigates through dangerous traffic situations.
This, he reveals, is because some of the drivers are careless, but his love for what he does fuels his desire to go the extra mile.
Eduful explains that his mentor is Pep Guardiola, because the football icon redefined the way the game is played with his tiki-taka revolution at Spanish club, Barcelona.
In other news, renowned legal practitioner Ace Anan Ankomah has dragged social commentator, Kevin Ekow Baidoo Taylor to court, accusing him of defamation.
The lawyer has sued Taylor and his firm, Loud Silence Media, and is demanding ¢10 million as damages.
