Ghanaian female musician Franscica Gawugah Duncan Williams, popularly known as Sista Afia, has shared a sexy sassy photo of herself which exposes her thighs and breasts.

In the photo sighted by YEN.com.gh, Sister Afia is seen in very short gym shorts and jackets which exposes her beautiful thighs and breasts respectively.
