YEN.com.gh has been following the death and cause of death of 'Bantama Kwasi Boakye' hitmaker and there are some new developments about his death that the public needs to know about.
On Sunday, February 2, 2020, Kofi B was said to have traveled to Abaase Domenase in Central Region with Kofi Nti to perform at the birthday party of a chief.

After their performance, both Kofi B and Kofi Nti went to the hotel where both of them had lodged in separate rooms.
According to reports, Kofi B later knocked on the door of Kofi Nti complaining of chest pains.

Kofi Nti with the help of a lady he was with, rushed Kofi B into his car with the intention of driving him to the nearest hospital.
Unfortunately, Kofi B was pronounced dead on arrival by the hospital.

“When we got to the hospital, I had to carry him to see the doctor but I was told he died before we got to the hospital. As we speak now, Kofi B is no more and his remains are at the mortuary where they refer to as the cold room here. I am sure the family members will love to do an autopsy to find out what killed their loved one," he said.

YEN.com.gh earlier posted that the award-winning singer was confirmed dead on Saturday, February 1, 2020.
The ‘Mmobrowa’ singer according to colleague musician Kofi Nti, started complaining of chest pains and unusual heartbeat right after his performance.
A doctor at the hospital said Kofi B was sweating and vomiting when he was brought there.
The ‘Bantama Kofi Boakye’ hitmaker was restless with very high body temperature and an unusual blood pressure of 150/120, the doctor said.
The ace musician is behind hit songs like Mmbrowa, Bantama Kofi Boakye, Koforidua Flowers among other hit songs.
He has performed on so many big stages and has many fans.
Kofi B has won many top awards in the country and it is just sad he is no more.
