Osofo Kyiri Abosom to pick mallam as running mate for his political party
Founder and flagbearer of the Ghana Union Movement (GUM) political party Rev. Christian Kwabena Andrews, popularly known as Osofo Kyiri Abosom has stated that he will choose a mallam as his running mate for the upcoming 2020 elections.

Speaking in an interview on Citi FM, Osofo Kyiri Abosom who is the founder and general overseer of Life Assembly Worship Centre disclosed that he will pick a running mate who will be from the Muslim fraternity in order to provide a perfect religious balance.

Mallam is a term that is used to describe a learned Muslim man, therefore, it will not be bad to have Osofo Kyiri Abosom partnering a mallam for his political party.

News of Osofo Kyiri Abosom alleged to have picked Bishop Daniel Obinim as his running mate spread like wildfire recently but speaking during the interview Osofo Kyiri Abosom said that report was false.

He added that the Bible is just a storybook that must not be the only basis for Christian worship.
Osofo Kyiri Abosom also disclosed that when he becomes president," I will endorse galamsey, I will not allow Ghanaians to eat Sharwama and I will ban foreigners from the country.”
