Adelaide Bortier, a beautiful Ghanaian lady in her mid-20s has said that she misses seeing the sky and other elements of nature after losing her sight.

In an interview with TV3 Ghana sighted by YEN.com.gh on the verified Facebook handle of the organization, Adelaide indicated she had a dream of becoming a news anchor and a musician until meningitis took her sight.

Adelaide had simply felt unwell, gone into a coma and woken up having hallucinations after which she realized that her sight was gone.

Although she has been hit hard by the condition, Adelaide, who is a great singer as she demonstrated in the video, said she has learned to accept herself and move on.

According to her, she has now decided to use the power of her talented voice to inspire persons living with different kinds of disability.

Adelaide believes that somehow, her sight will be restored and that someone will discover her talent and see beyond her disability to help her realize her full potential.

In other news, a popular Ghanaian blogger identified on Facebook as Lucas Nluki has made an open letter for former hiplife artiste, Yaw Siki, who is now a pastor.

According to Lucas, Yaw is a talented rapper and if he wanted to make a switch, he should have become a gospel rapper instead of trying to forcibly work as a 'man of God'.

"Everybody has a choice to walk on so that might be his choice but I don’t think that’s the choice God expected him to follow.
