"Social media Christians" blast Empress Gifty for wearing 'see-through' dress to gospel show (video)
- Some social media users have called out Empress Gifty over her wardrobe choice
- According to them, the singer was wearing an 'unprescribed attire' to a 'holy' show
- Checks have however shown that what some people thought to be the singer's pant was rather a shirt

Empress Gifty has gotten on the wrong side of some judgemental social media Christians following an outfit she wore to a gospel rock show in town.
In a video sighted by YEN.com.gh, the multiple award-winning singer was seen wearing a pink dress while performing to some fans at a gospel event.
The Jesus Over Do singer, while 'blessing the mic' with her powerful songs, turned to face the camera and a white outline was seen through her dress.

A number of social media users jumped to the conclusion that the singer was wearing an 'unfortunate' outfit to such a show where there was a gathering of Christians.
One fan, adwoaserwaa_1, took to the comment section of the said video and wrote: "Very shameful dressing and a disgrace to the so called Christianity paaaaaaaa oooh hmmmmm"
But upon careful checks, other social media users indicated that it was not her pant that was showing but rather a shirt.
These fans quickly jumped to the singer's defense with the following comments:
"ama_yebbie commented: "@adwoaserwaa_1 some times we got to observe very well before we judge, her outfit is a two piece that's a skirt and shirt so she had to do a tack in the mistake is she should have paid attention to the shirt."
maamekmonney also wrote: "@ama_yebbie thank you madam....its a tuck in dressing she did and the 'perfect christians' are as usual always quick to judge...smh"
Another fan wrote: "Honestly, Christians have grown to become "a too-quick-to-judge" bunch. No one can hit their chest and claim they are perfect."
Had it not been for the very critical observers, Empress Gifty would have been taken to the social media Sanhedrin where she would have been tried for doing no wrong at all.

Present at the party was the celebrant herself, Dr Louisa Satekla and the dancehall star himself who was there to entertain the kids on admission.
