"Congratulations sister please pay an extra amount on your instalments monthly if you bought the place via a bond at least extra R1000 because wen interest rates go back to its normal percentage you covered, most ppl qualify for a bond because interest rates are low."
Earlier, YEN.com.gh reported that Muchael_Bucwa, aka Mr Smeg, has again taken to his popular Twitter page, this time he isn't sharing stolen content or posting about gifts that he saw online - he is celebrating moving into a new apartment.
The young man took to the micro-blogging app to share the news with his followers by posting a picture of his hand holding up what must be the keys to his new place. In the background of the pic, his gleaming Smeg appliances have already been prepared for the photo.
"New beginnings," he captioned the post excitedly.
