Mother of Ama Broni, the lady who fell of a stage after she undressed to dance on stage, has spoken for the first time to recount how the death of her daughter came about.

In an interview with ZionFelix Entertainment News, the late dancer's mother indicated that Ama Broni was influenced by a friend of hers to go to the event where her life ended.

The sad and tearful mother said she advised Ama to stay home and take care of her children but she was adamant about her decision and disobeyed the instructions.

As readers would recall, the story of the young Ghanaian lady identified as Ama Broni who passed away at Gomoa Budumburam (Liberia Camp) under tragic circumstances had trended online for a while.

Broni met her untimely death at a street carnival in the town on Saturday, January 16, 2021.

Initial information on social media suggested that the late Broni went on stage to twerk and even removed her pant during the naughty dance.

Meanwhile, it emerged that Ama Broni, the viral dancer who died while dancing on stage without clothes was supposed to be paid $100 (GHc 570) for her performance.

In other news, 37-year-old Ghanaian CEO called Samuel Mensah who was based in the United Kingdom has died of the novel coronavirus after a scheduled interview on the virus.

According to Good Evening Ghana's verified Facebook handle who confirmed the news of Samuel's passing, the deceased was billed to be interviewed on Metro TV’s on Thursday, January 28, 2021, at 9 pm.

Sadly, Paul Adom-Otchere later announced that Sam himself has passed on as a result of the coronavirus which he contracted earlier.
