A lady has torn into Akua Amoakowaa aka Akua GMB for instigating attacks on Stacy Amoateng over her (Akua's) failed marriage with Adonko owner Dr Kwaku Oteng.

According to the lady, Akua GMB caused her own downfall by being promiscuous in her marriage and must not blame Stacy for her woes.

The woman's claim comes on the back of a recent attack on Stacy over the collapse of Akua's marriage by actress Regina Adu Safowaa.

According to Adu Safowaa who is popularly known as the businessman's daughter, the breakup of the marriage was orchestrated by Stacy Amoateng, a known friend of Akua.

In an interview with Fiifi Pratt on Kingdom Plus FM, Adu Safowaa claimed Dr Oteng himself told her about the breakup at his house at AU Village in Accra.

But in a video to counter the claims, the lady who seems to be a friend of Stacy said it is never true that Stacy got to know Kwaku Oteng because of Akua GMB. She claimed Stacy got to know Oteng in 2002.

The lady further brushed off Adu Safowaa's claim about Stacy, saying Akua GMB's marriage collapsed because she kept having affairs with other men.

"If Stacy decides to speak, are you going to be able to stay in Ghana or can you meet Stacy and tell her that she caused your marriage to collapse?"

Akua got married to Dr Oteng not long after winning TV3's Ghana's Most Beautiful pageant in 2011.

The two have three children, two boys, and one girl, and all seemed to be going well with Akua taking a role as the general manager of Dr Oteng's Angel TV.

But in early 2020, Akua left her role at Angel TV amid rumours that Dr Oteng had divorced her while her friend Stacy Amoateng took a position at the TV station as director.

Within that period, Akua GMB sent a lovely message to Stacy on her 15th wedding anniversary but did not share any message for Stacy on her birthday a few days ago.

She did not wish Stacy well when she celebrated her birthday recently, sparking rumours of a break in their relationship
