The two beautiful artistes will be doing their duet all over again, but this time round, they will use the TikTok platform to share the music.

According to Verzuz, this collaboration comes after the duo reunited over the summer as part of Swizz Beats and Timbaland's music series.

The two superstars also shared the moment online with their fans; the Borderline hit maker shared this on her Instagram page.

''Excuse me can I please talk to you for a minute,'' she posted.

Their fans were in for a hugely pleasant surprise on Thursday as the ladies came together to add new magic into their classic collaboration.

The Boy Is Mine was released 23 years ago and it stormed the charts and dominated the airwaves.

However, the two had from time to time had public altercations, but their reunion seem to have proved that they no longer have any bad blood between them.

The artistes posted their music on TikTok for their latest collaboration, sharing an epic recreation of the opening dialogue of their signature duet. "Excuse me, can I please talk to you for a minute?"

In the video, the 42-year-old Brandy starts off the dialogue, dressed in a black Fedora covering her braided hair. Monica on the other hand went all opposite, acting all soft while dressed in a robe.

The only bad thing about the recreation video is that it is too short and leaves you wanting to see more.

Brandy then captioned the video on her TikTok page saying "Love you Mo, this was fun." Monica replied by dropping a heart emoji on her own share of the clip on her page.

Seeing the two come together again is a dream come true to many as over the years, the duo have been pitted against one another since that 1998 collaboration.
