Akwadaa Nyame: 8-year-old wins TV3 Talented Kidz Season 12

8-year-old Akwadaa Nyame has been crowned the winner for TV3 Talented Kid Season 12.

He was adjudged the winner of Talented Kids season 12 over five other contestants who made it to the final.

He swept everyone, including the judges, colleagues, and studio audience off their feet with his performance on the night.

Many people applauded his win because he has been consistent throughout the 13 weeks of the Talented Kidz show.

On the very night he was crowned the winner, Akwadaa Nyame first performed the old song Obra.

He gave his performance life when he dramatised the whole thing.

In the drama, the Akwadaa Nyame was apprehended because someone set him up for a crime he did not commit.

He sang to advise everyone that whatever good or bad a person does lives after them.

In his second performance, Akwadaa Nyame sang a love song by Akwaboah, and he was very shocked to have seen his music idol, Akwaboah himself, join him on stage.

For his prize, Akwadaa Nyame is taking home a 10,000 cedis cash prize, 500 cedis worth Indomie products, assorted products from Cowbell, and from other sponsors.

Rap Krachie came second with his impressive rap skills. He was given a cash prize of 7,000 cedis plus products from sponsors.

Saliha De Poet came third with a cash prize of 6,000, and will also receive various products from the sponsors of the show.

The 4th position was taken by singer Blessing Alorvor, who also took home a cash prize of 5,000 cedis alongside other products from sponsors.

Dancer Andy Dabo came 5th, followed by Rapper Spike Gee came seventh.

Over the years, TV3 has nurtured many talents. Very popular among the past winners are DJ Switch who won in 2018. Nakeeyat Dramani won with her talent in poetry in 2019. Nana AK was the winner for 2020, and now Akwadaa Nyame has taken over as 2021 winner.
