"Guys my baby just did his 18-month test and he is HIV negative. Nkosi ngiyabonga," she captioned snaps of her big and happy family.

The young woman has dedicated herself to helping people better understand that living a normal life with HIV is completely possible by sharing snaps of her family and sharing how she takes care of herself.
