In January 2019, the death of the assistant to Ace Investigative Journalist, Anas Aremeyaw Anas, Ahmed Suale was solely blamed on Member of Parliament for Assin Central, Kennedy Ohene Agyapong.

On countless occasions, Kennedy has stated that he has nothing to do with the death of Anas' aide.

Since the killer has not been brought to book and people kept pointing accusing fingers at Kennedy Agyapong, he has taken it upon himself to finally reveal the name of the real killer of Suale.

He explained that he got this information from the police after they assured him that he had been exonerated in the matter.

“He is in Kumasi. His name is Ansu Gyeabour. It is the same police who revealed his name to me and showed me a picture of him. He is a tall guy. He killed Ahmed Suale. It’s been over a year now since the police disclosed that information to me and my name is out there," he noted.

Suale, unfortunately, met his untimely death after he worked with Anas on the famous "Number 12: When Greed and Corruption Become the Norm" documentary.

He was reportedly shot right infront of his house in Madina, a suburb of Accra.

Kennedy was blamed by many because of the stance he publicly took when the investigative piece was aired in Accra.

Agyapong revealed Suale's name and the neighbourhood he lived in. "If you meet him somewhere, slap him… beat him," he said. "Whatever happens, I'll pay."
