YEN.com.gh has learnt that Ghanaian broadcaster and host of "Stand Point", Gifty Anti has finally given birth to a new baby girl on Friday, August 11, 2017.

According to a report by MyJoyOnline.com, the birth of Gifty Anti's baby was at an undisclosed hospital in Accra.

The 47-year-old Gifty Anti got married to the Chief of Adumasa Traditional Area in the Asuogyaman District of the Eastern Region, Oyekechire Ansah Kwaw in October 2015.

A few months into the wedding, the news of her pregnancy broke and Ghanaians have been holding their breath waiting for the "royal baby" since.

MyJoyOnline first posted exclusive images of the newborn as they broke the news of the said birth

Gifty Anti's new daughter is her first child but the fourth of her husband who has three children from previous relationships.

According to Ghanaian customs, the new child will be named at a plush ceremony in Oyekechire Ansah Kwaw's hometown of Adumasa in the Eastern Region.
