- Actor TC Okafor has shared his experience during the boat incident that claimed the life of a popular Nollywood actor Junior Pope
- In a video, TC said before he entered the boat, he carried Fanta along with him because he was scared of water
- He added that out of 15 of them on the boat, only two people wore life jackets, and the boat driver seemed distracted
Nollywood actor TC Okafor recounted how he survived the boat mishap that claimed the lives of his colleague Pope Odonwodo, aka Junior Pope, and three others.
In a video, the role interpreter said he doesn't know how to swim and has a phobia of water. This made him carry Fanta to the boat and pour some into the river. When Pope observed what he was doing, he explained his reason.
He added that there were 15 of them in the Adanma Luke movie production The Other Side Of Life, but only two wore life jackets.
When Junior Pope made a video in the boat, the driver watched him and wanted to appear. TC noted that the driver had an earpiece on him and was distracted, so he could not see a canoe that collided with his boat.
