A relative of the late TikTok personality Osanju has opened up about his relationship with actress Nana Ama McBrown after their encounter years ago.

In an interview on Tuesday, September 2, 2025, the family member noted that the late TikToker regularly fell seriously ill during the night before his demise.
She stated that she and her husband used to rush Osanju to nearby medical facilities for medical attention after he complained about some health issues he would experience.
The relative noted that she knew the TikToker would pass away after she saw him at Mount Sinai Hospital, where he was initially admitted for medical treatment.
According to her, she noticed some symptoms, which proved that Osanju would not survive while he was being transported in an ambulance to the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital.
She commended the deceased's landlord, who helped in conveying him to the two hospitals for treatment. She also recounted the last interactions she had with him before his sudden demise.

Osanju's relative noted that the late viral sensation always funded the purchase of his medications for his severe health condition.

According to her, Osanju shared that he received a lot of financial support from many individuals he met on social media, including Nana Ama McBrown.
She noted that the celebrated actress offered the deceased a large amount of money he could have used to build a storey building, but he decided to use it to purchase his medicine.
She said:
"He got money from a lot of sympathisers, especially Nana Ama McBrown. He said she gave him some money he could have used to build a storey building. But he used it to buy medicine to save his life."

What happened to Osanju?
The Ghanaian TikTok community was sent into a state of mourning after news of Osanju's sudden demise emerged.
Osanju died after being rushed to the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital for treatment.
According to reports, the social media personality had complained about a severe headache late in the night, before he was taken to the hospital.
He passed away months after he held a burial for his late mother, Veronica Frimpong, popularly known as Amonu, in January 2025.
