A bride's dream wedding turned into a nightmare when her maid of honour delivered a drunken speech filled with embarrassing details about her life.

The incident left the bride mortified, and her new husband demanded that the maid of honour be cut from their lives.
Bride chose best friend out of trust
According to The Mirror, the bride chose her childhood friend as the maid of honour because she trusted her.
Details indicate that she clarified that she wanted the speech to be kept tame to avoid embarrassment.
However, on the big day, the maid of honour got tipsy before the ceremony began and delivered a far-from-tame speech.
"She told my family, friends, and in-laws about some of my most awkward dating moments, including the time I was deflowered," the newlywed said.
The maid also divulged details about a date that ended in disaster when she threw up after eating some sour shrimp.
Bride's husband annoyed by outburst
Despite the bride's belief that the speech was not malicious and came from a place of drunken humour, her husband didn't take it lightly.
He strongly desired to stop further contact with the maid of honour, citing her lack of care and consideration for his feelings.
The bride is torn between salvaging the childhood bond and respecting her husband's wishes.
"I don’t want to end a 20-year friendship over one incident, no matter how hurtful it was," she stated.
She hopes she can one day move past this incident and restore their friendship.
Bridesmaid gets raunchy with groom
Earlier, YEN.com.gh sighted a viral video in which a bridesmaid was seen rubbing her backside against the groom in front of the wedding guests.
The awkward moment, which caused a stir online, triggered the bride, who hurriedly separated them, creating a scene on the wedding grounds.
