- The Dutchman was fired late last month after a poor start to the season, which left the club 14th in the Premier League
- The Bundesliga side have lost five of their last six matches, putting head coach Marco Rose under heavy pressure
Former Manchester United boss Erik ten Hag has been linked with a return to management barely a month after he was fired.
The Dutchman was let go on October 28 after Man United's poor start to the season, which left the club 145th in the table.
Ruben Amorim was appointed to replace Ten Hag at Old Trafford and has made an unbeaten start.
The Dutchman won an FA Cup and a League Cup while at Old Trafford, but his team's performances were underwhelming.
Erik ten Hag back to coaching?
According to Patrick Berger of Sky Germany, the former Ajax coach is a possible candidate to replace Marco Rose.
Rose's team are in a poor run of form. They have lost five of the last six matches in all competitions, including a 5-1 home defeat to Wolfsburg this past weekend.
RB Leipzig's last win came on October 29 against St Pauli in the DFB Pokal. Despite that difficult run of results, they are fourth in the Bundesliga with 21 points after 12 games.
The club have already dismissed sporting director Rouven Schröder, and Rose could be next in the coming days or weeks if results don't improve.
The report adds that Ten Hag is one of the candidates for the coaching role alongside former Benfica coach Roger Schmidt.
