Nana Appiah Mensah was born on May 16, 1985, in Accra, Ghana. The businessman’s mother is a successful business executive, Susie Ivy Brew, while his father is a banker named Napoleon Mensah Abrompah. He has a sister named Benedicta Appiah.
He attended Adisadel College and later joined the University of Ghana, where he had his first degree. While on campus, the entrepreneur studied Economics and Business Management, Finance, Mining, Environmental Studies, Psychology, Law, African and World History and Theology.

Nana Appiah Mensah embarked on his entrepreneurial journey by establishing various businesses to revolutionize the entertainment industry. He founded the multimedia company that has played a pivotal role in promoting Ghanaian talent and expanding the creative industry Zylofon Media in 2016.
Through Zylofon Media, Nana Appiah Mensah introduced innovative platforms that allowed artists, musicians, and filmmakers to showcase their talents globally. Some notable musicians he has signed in the company include Shatta Wale, Stonebwoy, Becca, Kumi Guitar, and Joyce Blessing.
