Popular Ghanaian spiritualist, Nana Kwaku Bonsam, had advised former Black Stars captain, John Mensah to apologize to his wife.

According to him, the once popular Ghanaian defender is almost over and should forget about the pitch, if he fails to heed to his warning.

Information available to YEN.com.gh showed that John Mensah parted ways with his wife Henrietta in January 2014, and remarried.

He has since then, not featured in a competitive game after he failed to complete his six months deal with Swedish outfit, AFC United.

Kwaku Bonsam revealed in an interview with Kasapa Sports that John Mensah’s excellence in his career was as a result of prayers offered on his behalf by his former wife, Henrietta.

He further stated that the footballer needs to render an unqualified apology to his ex-wife if he desires a comeback in his career.

John Mensah made his Black Stars debut against Algeria, on December 5, 2001. He also took part in two World Cup tournaments, in 2006 and 2010.
