Fans heap praises on Sarkodie over his pose in latest photo

YEN.com.gh has sighted the latest photo of Ghana’s ‘Highest’ rapper Sarkodie and his pose shows that indeed he is the ‘king of rap’.

Born Michael Owusu Addo, the rapper is captured in a 'cool gang' pose and his fans just can’t have enough of him.

He posted the photo via his Instagram page, where he is seen wearing black jeans, with a grey jean jacket over a black t-shirt.

The post which was made 84 hours ago has garnered nearly 47,000 likes and an overwhelming number of comments from his fans and followers.

From most of the comments, the fans are showering praises on Sarkodie with impressive accolades.

While others are haling him as the “colonial master of raps”, others believe he is just unmatched in the music industry when it comes to his genre of music.

A fan by name Nehemiah wrote: “Nobody does it like you king...Up to down is dope.

James, another fan, also wrote: “Rappers colonial master”.

Livingston Ansah, another fan, prayed for Sarkodie, wishing him God’s blessing and protection.

He wrote: “Original Sark..my king no size. I wish you long life and God’s protection wherever you may be.”

There are many more comments from his fans which indicate that Sarkodie is much loved and admired by his followers.

Since he hit the music scene in 2009 with his first hit single ‘Baby’ featuring Mugeez, Sarkodie has not looked back on his career.

The rapper who started from nowhere has now made it so big in the industry that when Ghana music is mentioned, his name cannot be left out.

Sarkodie has many songs to his credit, and late last year, he launched his fifth album with the title: “Highest”.

He is rated among the highest paid artistes in Ghana and Africa.
